We are small business owners as well as advisors!

We are located in magical Metung in Gippsland.
As a small business consultant, I was constantly amazed at how much clients were paying to get websites online.

The thing from my perspective is that every small business must be constantly aware of cost vs return.

Because of the “trend” – this seems to go out of the window when talking about websites!

But – a website should only be considered IF it can do one, two or preferably ALL of the following three things:

  • Get more customers and sales
  • Reduce expenses (costs)
  • Sell more stuff to existing customers


Static websites – by that I mean the visitors have no interaction such as comments or polls – just will not cut it anymore.

This is the communication age after all – and it should be TWO-way!
